Education

I am a management student, recently graduated from Western Washington University. This has provided for me an opportunity to explore my passions and interests regarding culture creation in the workplace and professional development. From an early age I was very interested in becoming a teacher, this stemmed from what I later discovered was a passion to help people grow and develop. As a matured and learned more about myself, I realized that what I was passionate about was helping my peers. Learning that seeing my teachers help develop my knowledge and the knowledge of those around me made the decision of what to study once I reached college and easy choice; management, the teaching and developing of those that you work with. This choice led me to take classes like Developing High Quality Relationships in the Workplace, and Managing Cultural Diversity, and many more. But, this was not the end all be all of my interests. I discovered a love for statistics and found Excel an extremely useful tool for modeling data and understanding why decisions should be made. I graduated in June of 2018 with a 3.7 GPA and a Business Management degree.
